Shipping

ProcessingOrders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery areaAll of Malaysia, including West Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.
Delivery timeWest Malaysia 2–4 working days. Sabah and Sarawak 4–7 working days.
Shipping feeWest Malaysia: free shipping on orders of RM60 or more; orders below RM60 pay a special rate of only RM6.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): free shipping on orders of RM129 or more. Other fees are calculated at checkout.
CourierWe ship with DHL. A tracking number is sent once your order ships.
PackingKits and collectibles are wrapped and boxed carefully to protect the original packaging.

Returns & Refunds

EligibilityReturns within 7 days of delivery for unopened items in original, sealed packaging.
Damaged or wrong itemContact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will replace it or refund you.
Not acceptedOpened kits, random boosters or blind boxes, or items damaged after delivery.
RefundsSent to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Are your products original?

Yes. Every item we sell is 100% original, sourced from Bandai and Takara Tomy. Our Creamii Candy squishies are imported from Australia.

How long does delivery take?

West Malaysia takes 2–4 working days and Sabah and Sarawak take 4–7 working days. You will get a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship outside Malaysia?

At the moment we deliver within Malaysia only.

How can I pay?

We accept online banking, credit and debit cards, and e-wallets. Checkout is secure.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Message us as soon as possible. If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, we can change or cancel it.

An item is out of stock. Can I be notified?

Yes. Click Notify Me on the product page or subscribe to restock alerts, and we will email you when it is back.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video and we will make it right.
