Get ready for the next addition to the BEYBLADE X Custom Line with the TAKARA TOMY BEYBLADE X CX-19 Random Booster CrocTread Select.

Scheduled for release in Japan on September 12, 2026, CX-19 introduces the new CrocTread TQ5-50GN, a crocodile-themed Defense-type Beyblade built around the CX Custom System.

The CX-19 Random Booster Select is available in three different color variations — Gold/Green, Red/Blue and Black/Red. Each sealed box contains one randomly selected variation, while all three versions feature the same CrocTread TQ5-50GN part configuration.

Designed with strong defensive characteristics, CrocTread combines the new CrocTread TQ Blade, low-profile 5-50 Ratchet, and new GN (Gear Needle) Bit to create a setup focused on stability, impact resistance and defensive movement.

1. New CrocTread TQ Blade

CX-19 introduces the all-new CrocTread TQ Blade, featuring a distinctive crocodile-inspired design.

The Blade uses multiple contact surfaces designed to help disperse incoming impacts from different directions, giving CrocTread its Defense-type characteristics.

2. CX Custom System

CrocTread is part of the BEYBLADE X Custom Line (CX) and utilizes the modular CX Custom System.

3. New 5-50 Ratchet

The 5-50 Ratchet introduces a low-profile configuration designed to keep the Beyblade’s center of gravity lower during battle.

Combined with CrocTread’s defensive Blade design, this setup is intended to improve stability when receiving powerful attacks.

4. New GN — Gear Needle Bit

CX-19 also introduces the new GN (Gear Needle) Bit.

Gear Needle combines a needle-style central tip for defensive stability with an outer gear structure capable of interacting with the BEYBLADE X stadium’s Xtreme Line.

This gives CrocTread a defensive foundation while still allowing more dynamic movement when the gear engages the stadium rail.
